Kilton Forest Clubhouse offers a flexible setting for your special occasion, with indoor and outdoor space, catering, a licensed bar and plenty of ways to personalise your event.
Seating for around 50–60 guests with space for a disco and dance floor.
An outdoor marquee with heaters and seating is available for up to an additional 80 guests.
Bar service is available until 11pm, with extensions available until 1am at an additional cost.
An accessible route into the clubhouse helps make the venue easier to enjoy for all your guests.
Choose one of our catering options and the function room is free to hire.
If you prefer to use an alternative caterer, room hire is £75 per event.
deposit
When using Kilton Forest catering, your deposit is deducted from the catering cost.A £75 deposit is required to secure your booking.
A 14-day cancellation policy applies. The deposit is lost if the event is cancelled less than 14 days beforehand.
All payments must be made in full before the event.
Choose from three buffet packages, with options starting from £6.50 per person.

Allergen information is available for our buffet items. Please let us know about any allergies or specific requirements before your event so the team can discuss suitable arrangements with you.

White and/or black linen is available to cover all tables.

A recommended DJ and disco can be arranged for your evening.
You’re welcome to provide your own entertainment. We’ll just need details about their equipment, public liability insurance and setup arrangements.
For outdoor events, music can be played outside until 11pm. After this time, entertainment needs to move indoors.

A corkage charge of £5 per bottle applies.
